Possible reasons you are not seeing the promotion after you entered it:
Typo - The promotion codes are not case sensitive but they do need to be entered exactly. You may copy and paste the code as well.
Expiration - The promotion you're trying to use has expired.
Next to each Add to Cart button is a notification of the current Product Code being used. For example: PC: 123123
You will want to use the promotion code before adding any items to your cart. If you have already added items to your cart before entering in the promotion code then you will need to remove those items and add them back in under the promotion code.
If you close your browser then you will need to enter the promotion code again.
Note: The promotion code applies once to the same item and ignores multiple quantities of the same item.
