If within 30 days of the date of shipment of your purchase you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the item that has not been engraved, altered, resized, visibly worked on, scuffed, scratched and marked in any way, for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it – no questions asked.

Primetime Gold Jewelry's standard return policy is 30 days of the date of shipment for a return or an exchange. However, during the holiday season, purchases made in November and December, have an extended return policy of 60 days after the date of shipment for a return or an exchange.
Please note: Primetime Gold Jewelry will not accept any exchange or returned merchandise that show signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, visibly worked on, scuffed, scratched and marked in any way. Exchange or return of any package that is improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt of delivery.
In some cases (authorized by Primetime Gold Jewelry) a resized and/or engraved item may be returned. However, only 25% of the total cost of the product will be reimbursed. Such items may be sold as is on this website by Primetime Gold Jewelry.
Due to the manufacturing processes, gold weight may vary by up to 5-10% above or below the listed size and weight.
